Cancun conference
As Parties prepare for the Cancun conference in December 2010, ÉcoRessources is pleased to announce the publication of a Guide to the negotiations on climate change. The Guide was written for the Environment and Energy Institute of the Francophonie (IEPF). The Guide is available both in French and English.
The Guide analyzes post-2012 issues that are determinant to reaching a global agreement and discusses the expectations for the Cancun Conference. The guide also examines issues related to the current regime, including technology development and transfer framework as well as adaptation.
A summary for policymakers, which synthesizes the guide, is also available.
