ÉcoRessources supports the member countries of the Central Africa Forest Commission (COMIFAC) during international negotiations on climate change in Cancún, Mexico
At the Cancún Climate Summit, three members of the ÉcoRessources team will advise delegates of the ten COMIFAC member countries from November 28 to December 11, 2010. The mandate will focus on various issues related to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Kyoto Protocol. More specifically, two forestry experts from ÉcoRessources will give advice on issues related to the proposed mechanism to Reduce Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation (REDD).
