Publication of the Guide to the negotiations on climate change for Durban
ÉcoRessources is pleased to announce the publication of the Guide to the negotiations for the Climate Change Conference that will take place in Durban from November 28th to December 9th 2011. The guide was written for the Francophone Institute of Energy and the Environment (IEPF) to facilitate a better understanding of the questions that this global event raises. The Guide to the negotiations analyzes the main issues that Parties will have to agree upon to adopt a post-2012 climate change regime such as Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF), Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs) and the Green Climate Fund governance. A Summary for Policymakers, which synthesizes the Guide, is also available. A presentation of the Guide will be given by Frédéric Gagnon-Lebrun on November 27th during the conference in Durban.
