ÉcoRessources takes its first VCS project through validation
Last week, ÉcoRessources underwent validation with its first VCS project in South America. Under a mandate from the Bolivian Power Company Limited (COBEE), the Santa Rosa Hydropower Plant Project (SRO HPP) consisted in the recovery of the power generation potential of the plant destroyed in 2003 by a landslide. The SRO HPP has a total combined capacity of 16.3 MW with a mean VCU generation potential of 45 560 per year over a 10-year period. The validation process was undertaken by Det Norske Veritas.
