ÉcoRessources hired by Hydro Québec to develop offset scoping study
Hydro-Québec (HQ), the largest utility provider in eastern Canada, mandated ÉcoRessources to assess offset opportunities within HQ’s activities. ÉcoRessources' assessment will prepare HQ for upcoming GHG regulations by identifying GHG mitigating opportunities within the company and by helping HQ better understand the criteria that make quality offsets.
