Luis Salgado has been involved in carbon markets and climate change policy for more than ten years, being part of the ÉcoRessources team since 2006 and acting as project manager for the Latina American region since 2007. Since he joined the team, Luis Salgado has being developing the company’s Clean Development Mechanisms and voluntary carbon market activities, originating and developing projects in Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Panama, and Peru providing technical and financial expertise in several industrial sectors, as well as in forestry and mining. Philippe Crête holds five years of experience in carbon markets and climate change policy and has been acting as project manager for ÉcoRessources Carbone since 2007. Since joining the team, Philippe Crête has spearheaded the company’s origination and development activities in the North American voluntary carbon market, having provided technical GHG expertise for several industrial sectors, including PDD writing, GHG quantification, feasibility analysis and GHG inventories. Derek De Biasio, ÉcoRessources’ Vancouver-based business representative, has 20 years of management advisory experience and has completed more than 140 consulting assignments. He has a rare combination of extensive management consulting expertise and experience with GHG emissions regulation and offset projects, having worked in the GHG and sustainable development areas for almost a decade. He specializes in:

• Origination and development of North American offset projects across sectors including forestry, waste management, fuel switching and energy efficiency
• GHG emissions, allowances, and offsets management strategies
• Policy and economics analysis on various GHG management issues

Skander Ben-Abdallah is currently the Project Manager in the Climate change division of ÉcoRessources. His areas of expertise include sustainable development issues, energy and environment management. Over the past 10 years, Skander has occupied various academic and consulting positions related to environmental and natural resources management.  Skander was the Deputy-president of the working group II of the IPCC from 1997 to 2002. He is currently a member of the UNFCCC Roster of Experts. He specialized in:

Stephen Seres is an economist who has been working exclusively on climate change policy issues since 2001.  As an independent consultant, Stephen worked with the public and private sectors on files mainly revolving around the Kyoto mechanisms, offsets, and the monitoring and verification of greenhouse gas emissions. He specializes in:

• The Clean Development Mechanism and Joint implementation
• GHG quantification and verification methods
• Technology transfer

Luis Fernando Miranda del Solar is responsible for ÉcoRessources’ business development activities in Latin America. His main responsibility is to seek potential CDM or VER project developers and assess the feasibility of projects. His areas of expertise include:

• Implementation and assessment of environmental management systems

Tania Zamora Ramos has 7 years of experience advising CDM and environmental projects in Peru. She has provided technical support in several international cooperation projects to strength CDM capacities. She joined ÉcoRessources in December 2008 as Senior Analyst on Climate Change, since then Tania Zamora has support the origination of CDM projects, providing expertise in Feasibility analysis, PIN and PDD elaboration in several sectors. Moreover she has elaborated GHG corporate inventories and management strategies, especially in mining sector.

• Strategic advisory within the climate change international negotiations and domestic climate change policy design processes

Gabriella Torres is currently a Finance and Climate Change Analyst within ÉcoRessources Carbone, having joined the company at the beginning of 2010. She previously worked as a financial analyst and portfolio manager within the Peruvian Capital Markets as part of an investments team, and holds a Master’s Degree in Environment and Development, focusing on Environmental Economics. She currently focuses on:

Sergio Jauregui is a CDM Expert in methodologies and the regulatory framework, as well as in carbon markets in general. He has more than 10 years of work in the Kyoto Protocol Mechanisms and the carbon market. His areas of expertise include:

Randy Cluff has an accomplished business management, consulting and project development background accrued from 27 years in the environmental and high tech industries, including 16 as an entrepreneur. He will represent EcoRessources in the Ontario market and is based in the Toronto area. He specializes in:
