Frédéric Gagnon-Lebrun
Frédéric has over nine years of experience in both climate change mitigation and adaptation issues.
Prior to joining ÉcoRessources, he worked as a consultant at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris. His work focused on analyzing climate change policies of OECD countries and on adaptation issues, particularly on risk integration in terms of economic planning. Previously, he worked as an analyst at the Bureau sur les changements climatiques for the Quebec Ministry of Environment.
Frédéric holds a B.Sc. in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences from McGill University, and an M.Sc. in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics. He is also an associate of the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) and the Managing Director of ÉcoRessources Carbone.
