After a Degree in Nursing in the 80s, Carole worked as a Counsellor for a non-profit organisation for 20 years. At the beginning of the 90s, she was the Coordinator of its offices as well Accounting Manager and a Member of the Board of Directors.

In 2004, she re-directed her career and went back to studies. As a result, she obtained a Degree in Accountancy in 2005 and worked since then as a free-lancer. From 2008 to 2009, she was Accounting Assistant for a publishing firm in Quebec City.

In March 2009, she joined ÉcoRessources team as Accounting & Administration Assistant.
